At Gold Coast Gymnastics Club, we offer fantastic birthday parties because we are in the business of having fun.

Our birthday parties run for 2 hours of fun filled gymnastics. Our parties are co-ordinated by our professional coaching team. Children will be kept active with games, circuits, relays as well as special gymnastics activities. In general, children will have lots of fun! We are the professional team on the Gold Coast, with a fantastic venue, equipment and environment.

Cost is $16 per child for 2 fantastic, fun filled hours.

 

Times for Birthday Parties are as follows:

Sundays:

10.00am - 12.00pm
12.30pm - 2.30pm
3.00pm - 5.00pm

We also supply tables and chairs, plastic plates, cups, serviettes, knives, spoons and forks, candles, cake knife and we clean up all the mess.

 

Children need to wear comfortable clothing, suitable for gymnastics sports.

 

Optional Extras: Ice Cream Cake - $20.00 extra. Lolly Bags -$2.50 extra per child

How Do I Make A Booking?

 

1. Come in and visit us, arrange a suitable date and time for your party, choose your catering option, read the important information and fill out the necessary forms.

 

2. To confirm your booking, you will need to pay the deposit for the minimum 10 children of $160.00

 

3. As people RSVP, add their name and details to the guest list. You will need to submit this list on the day of the party.

 

4. Your final confirmation of your party is when your entire balance due is paid.

 

Confirmation must be completed by the Monday prior to the birthday party.

 

Booking Conditions

 

1. No booking will be accepted without a completed booking form and $160.00 deposit for minimum 10 children.

 

2. Final numbers must be confirmed and final payment must be made by the Monday before the Party date.

 

3. Substitutions of guests may be made at any time leading up to the party, provided the correct information is provided for the guest list and child/ren are within the age guidelines.

 

4. Cancellation giving more than 2 weeks notice entitles you to a 50% refund of the deposit along with a full refund of any additional monies paid. Cancellation within two weeks of the party forfeits the entire deposit. Cancellation of 48 hours notice forfeits entire payment.

 

5. The age of children attending our parties must be 4 years of age and over.

 

6. Siblings who wish to participate must be paid for and meet age requirement.

 

7. The minimum number of children per party is 10.
