Activities:

Gold Coast Gymnastics Vacation Care programs are available for school aged children between five and twelve years of age.  The children will get a real taste of gymnastics, go on excursions, play games, meet new friends, and have tons of fun.  Please check the below link to find out all of the exciting changes to Vacation Care in 2011.

Children must be 5 years old and at school to attend.

!NEW! Under 5’s Half Day Vacation Care Program

This new program offers 3 hours of fun for children less than 5 years of age and wanting to experience Vacation Care at Gold Coast Gymnastics.  The children will get an introduction to gymnastics, play lots of games, do creative crafts, and have lots of fun.  Check out the new program information for 2011 on the link below. 

Children must be turning 4 years old in 2011, toilet trained, and be able to separate easily from their parents to attend the program.

EASTER HOLIDAY VACATION CARE DATES

LONG DAY:   (including lunch) 8:00am-5:00pm
SHORT DAY: (including lunch) 9:00am-3:00pm
HALF DAY:    9:00am - 12:00pm  

Cost:

$55 for a Long Day  (Members price: $45)

$50 for a Short Day (Members price: $40)

$25 for a Half Day   (Members price: $20)

Fee Refund Policy

More than 48 hours notice given of absence, full refund will be given.

More than 24 hours notice given of absence, 50% of the fee will be refunded.

Less than 24 hours notice given absence, a refund will not be given. (Unless a medical certificate is provided, in which case a full refund will be provided.)

Important Information For Parents

Allergies and Special Needs

If your child has a food allergy or any other allergy types, please advise our office upon booking. Medication must be given to the office each morning clearly labelled with child's name and instructions.

Mandatory Items

All children attending holiday programs with GCGC must have a HAT, DRINK BOTTLE, MORNING TEA, AFTERNOON TEA, CLOSED IN SHOES, AND SUITABLE ATTIRE FOR DAYS ACTIVITIES. Parents will be requested to supply the above items before the child can participate in activities.

Payment

When booking into our holiday programs, the full cost must be paid. Our office cannot accept booking without payment. We have credit card and Eftpos facilities and can do credit card transactions over the phone.

Sign in/Sign Out

All children must be signed in and out of the program by a parent or guardian. If a child is to be collected by someone other than the person who signed them in, GCGC must be advised at sign in. Children will not be released without consent of parent.

Late Pick Ups

Children that are picked up late will be charged at a rate of $10.00 per child for each 10 minutes you are late to pick up your child. You must notify our office if you will be late to collect children.

Gold Coast Gymnastics promotes a healthy lifestyle. GCGC will not allow children with contagious illness, such as cold or flu or injury to participate in our programs. Any child that attends programs and displays signs of illness will have their parents notified to pick them up.
